The dean of college of basic education , Dr. Haider Shaker Mezher preside the mission of diyala university participating in the ceremony of honoring the first class students on Iraqi universities which held in holy karbala province which was sponsored by the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine

At the end of this ceremony the Dean ,of college of basic education give a Honorary Plaque to the Mr. Ahmed Al-Safi the general secretary of the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine for their role in encourage the student to improve themselves and  enhancing the educational process in Iraq
