Under the supervision of Dr. Haider Shaker Mezher , Dean of college of basic education .and with attendance of associated dean of administrative affairs , academic affairs and student affairs and number of academic staff and Employees . The college of basic education held a formal salute to the flag according to the directives from general secretariat for the council of ministries and minister of higher education and scientific researches, Dr. Abdulrazaq  Alissa .
