Department of English organizes a specialized scientific symposium on “E-Learning For Education”
The College of Basic Education – Department of English, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, organized a specialized scientific symposium on “E-Learning For Education” modern concepts of e-learning via a closed electronic circuit with the participation of a number of lecturers
The scientific symposium, which was presented by Asst.Prof. Dr. Sarab Kadir Mugair, and Dr. Saif Hatem Abdel Hakim, aimed to identify modern concepts of e-learning, and to make a comparison between traditional attendance education and e-learning, as well as to clarify the importance of e-learning, especially during emergency conditions that prevent the establishment of Traditional urban education in governmental and non-governmental institutions.
The symposium included a discussion of three axes, the first axis clarified the cognitive concept of e-learning and included the prevailing and agreed definitions of e-learning. The second axis reviewed the e-learning methodology, and the third axis highlighted the advantages of e-learning.
