A campaign against the phenomenon of cheating in exam
Diyala Basic Education launches a comprehensive awareness campaign against the phenomenon of cheating in final exams
Under the direct supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Abdul Awn Nazzal, Dean of the College of Basic Education, as part of its efforts to consolidate the values of academic integrity and enhance awareness among students, the college launched this week an extensive awareness campaign under the slogan “Integrity is the basis of success”, with the participation of a number of college professors aimed at combating the phenomenon of cheating in final exams, and educating students about its risks and its academic and moral consequences.
The campaign includes distributing awareness posters in the corridors and halls of the college, in addition to publishing motivational messages through official digital platforms, emphasizing the importance of honesty and diligence as two main paths to true success. They also met with students and distributed awareness posters that express the consequences of the effects of cheating on students’ futures and the reputation of the educational institution.
The Deanship of the College emphasized that this campaign comes at a sensitive time with the launch of final exams, and is part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at building a fair educational environment that enshrines the principle of equal opportunities for all students.
The college administration called on all students to cooperate with the campaign and abide by the regulations and instructions, noting that cheating is not only a violation of the system, but also a betrayal of self and personal effort.
