
Mr. Dean Meets the secretariats of the departments
In an exemplary administrative scene… The Dean of Basic Education opens the doors of dialogue with the staff of the secretariat of the scientific departments in the college
As part of a series of regular meetings held by the dean of the college with the aim of strengthening institutional communication and developing the work environment, the dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Abdul Aoun, met this morning with a group of secretarial staff working in the scientific departments in the main meeting room of the dean’s office.
The meeting began with a welcome speech in which the Dean expressed his thanks and appreciation for the efforts made by the secretarial staff in supporting the administrative and scientific process within the departments, emphasizing that their role is pivotal in achieving administrative fluidity and improving daily performance.
The Dean also listened to the employees’ comments and observations on the work environment and ways to improve performance, and discussed with them a number of proposals related to updating administrative tools and enhancing the skills of administrative staff through specialized training programs.
He emphasized that the college’s deanship is keen to provide a stimulating work environment based on job fairness and direct communication between management and employees, noting the importance of involving administrative staff in the institutional decision-making process, thereby enhancing a sense of belonging and responsibility.
This meeting comes in the context of the college’s interest in applying good governance standards and achieving the principle of administrative transparency, in line with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal, which states: “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” The development of administrative performance contributes to supporting the educational environment and enabling higher education institutions to perform their social and developmental role.
