Despite the holiday… The Accounts Division at Diyala University completes the task of exceptional differences for the current year to support teaching and administrative staff
In a move that reflects professional dedication and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and quickly, the Accounts Division at the Faculty of Basic Education made exceptional efforts by continuing to work during the weekend (Friday and Saturday) of 5-6 December 2025 in order to complete all the changes and differences for the year 2025.
These exceptional efforts were led by the Director of the Accounts Division, Mr. Hadi Ahmed Abdullah, in cooperation with the head of the Salaries Unit and all the division’s staff, in close cooperation with the College’s Internal Control and Audit Division, represented by Ms. Amira Saad Jaloub, and in continuous coordination with the University’s Internal Control and Audit Department, represented by Mr. Raed Shamil.
The changes, which were carried out with the utmost precision, included all financial differences related to bonuses, promotions, additional certificates, and position allowances for all faculty members and employees, to ensure that their financial entitlements were paid on time.
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Abdul Aoun, praised these exceptional efforts and dedication to work during the official holiday, stressing that ‘this level of commitment reflects the high sense of responsibility of our staff and the administration’s keenness to support the educational and administrative staff and secure their financial entitlements without delay.’
For his part, Mr. Hadi Ahmed Abdullah, Head of the Accounts Division, emphasised that ‘these efforts are aimed at guaranteeing the rights of our colleagues, simplifying financial procedures, and avoiding any delays that may affect the administrative work of the college, in line with our commitment to accuracy and transparency in our work.’
