Dr. Saif Tawfeeq, an instructor from Basic Education College – History Department, has delivered a lecture about ( The Effect of the Armed Conflict on the Cultural Belongings in Diyala Province ) wich was organized by the Genral Establishment for monument in the province in cooperation with London University and Al-Nahrain Net.
