Dr. Abdulmunin Opens the New Building of Counseling Department

Prof. Dr. Abdulmunil Abbas, the head of Diyala University, opened the new building of Counseling Department on Tuesday 17/1/2023. The building contained a number of adminstration offices. The opening of the building began with presenting a film about the stages of the construction process. Mr. head of the University appreciated the efforts hoping there will be a promosing future for Basic Education.
