Dr. Oday Karim, a lecturer from Sport Department, has been elected as an MA thesis supervisor at Qum University in Iran. The thesis was entitled with (The role of the Covertion Leadership in the Functional Performance with the Reference of the Psychological Empowerment for Sport Teacher in Diyala Province) for the student Ali Ibrahim.
