The Faculty of Basic Education at the University of Diyala discussed the master’s thesis entitled “The impact of Metaverse educational modules on mental visualization and learning the skills of forehand and backhand in tennis for students”. In the specialization of teaching methods of physical education and sports science.
The study presented by the student (Roaa Adel Najm) aimed to design educational units according to the Metaverse technology (Metaverse) for mental visualization and learning the skills of the forehand and backhand in tennis for students, as well as identifying the impact of educational units with the Metaverse technology (Metaverse) in mental visualization and learning the skills of the forehand and backhand in tennis for students. The study recommended the necessity of adopting the Metaverse educational units in teaching the ground tennis course because of its effectiveness in building a mental visualization that enhances the practical side of the game In addition to conducting studies similar to this study that adopt modernity and technological adaptation that include other psycho-mental variables that were not addressed in this study or with other samples that were females and comparing their results with the results of the current research.
