
A memorandum of understanding with the Faculty of Basic Education at Kirkuk University
Diyala Basic Education signs a memorandum of understanding with the Faculty of Basic Education at Kirkuk University to enhance academic, scientific and professional cooperation within the activities of the international conference
On the sidelines of the International Conference for Humanities and Educational Sciences organized by the Faculty of Basic Education at Kirkuk University in cooperation with the Faculty of Basic Education at Salahuddin University, the Faculty of Basic Education at Diyala University signed a memorandum of understanding with the Faculty of Basic Education at Kirkuk University, in order to enhance joint cooperation in the academic, scientific and professional fields in order to support institutional excellence and develop research and functional skills at both institutions.
The memorandum aims to exchange academic expertise and faculty members, implement joint training programs, develop educational programs and curricula, exchange educational resources, hold training workshops and summer training, as well as support research initiatives and develop study plans in line with the requirements of the local and international labor market.
The memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Ayman Abdul Awn, Dean of the Faculty of Basic Education – Diyala University and Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Basic Education – Kirkuk University, in the presence of a number of faculty members and officials of academic departments.
In a statement, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ayman Abdul Awn, stressed that this agreement comes within the college’s strategy to open horizons of cooperation with distinguished educational institutions and exchange knowledge and experiences in a way that reflects positively on the quality of educational and research outputs.
It is noteworthy that the MoU also includes cooperation in organizing scientific conferences, forums and student events, developing joint graduation projects, and supporting cooperative training and employment programs.
