
Diyala University issues university orders to promote (605) of its employees for the year 2025
As part of its ongoing efforts to provide the best administrative services to its employees and guarantee their employment rights, Diyala University announced today, Monday, October 13, 2025, the issuance of university orders for the promotion of teaching staff and employees for the year 2025, after approval by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, said that the University Presidency and its esteemed Council attach great importance to the rights of the University’s faculty and staff members and are keen to implement measures that support and motivate them to continue their academic and administrative contributions, thereby contributing to the development of the University’s institutional performance.
For his part, the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Shaker Mazhar, explained that the promotions included eight lecturers and employees from all departments of the university, with a total of 605 beneficiaries this year. He pointed out that this step came under the direct supervision and guidance of the University President, who called for the completion of the promotion process within the prescribed legal deadlines.
Mr. Al-Musaad explained that the relevant committees in the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department had made intensive efforts to complete the necessary procedures and submit them to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for final approval, stressing that these promotions are in line with the laws and regulations in force that guarantee employees their legal entitlements and improve their employment and financial conditions.
These measures are in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s approach to recognizing efforts and achieving job fairness among employees in its institutions, thereby enhancing the university work environment and motivating staff to strive for greater excellence and creativity.
