
Dr. Nadia Takes Part in MA Thesis Discussion
A teacher from Diyala was selected as a member of the doctoral thesis defense committee at Al-Mustansiriyah University
Assistant Professor Dr. Nadia Sattar Ahmed, who teaches in the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Basic Education – University of Diyala, was selected as a member of the doctoral thesis defense committee entitled “The effectiveness of an educational program based on creative self theory in developing literary text analysis skills among fifth grade literary students”. PhD student [Haider Abdul Khudair] from the Faculty of Basic Education at Al-Mustansiriya University
The thesis sought to design and implement an innovative educational program based on the creative self theory, and measure its effectiveness in developing the skills of analyzing literary texts, thus contributing to the development of students’ critical abilities and literary taste. The researcher used the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design for two groups: An experimental group that was controlled for specific variables and exposed to the program, and a control group that was taught in the traditional way.
The discussion committee consisted of: Prof. Dr. Maysoon Ali Jawad – Chairman, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Ammar Ismail Khalil, Prof. Dr. Jassim Muhammad Jassam, Prof. Dr. Nadia Sattar Ahmed, Prof. Dr. Bayda Abdul Rida Eidan, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Enayat Yousef Hamza
It is worth noting that this study is one of the pioneering studies that integrate modern psychological theory and literary teaching methods, which contributes to enriching the field of educational research and developing teaching practices for Arabic language at the preparatory stage.
