Mr. Dean meets the Employees of the College

Meeting of the Dean of Diyala Basic College with college employees to discuss work during the summer vacation and a number of administrative matters
This morning, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Abdul Awn, in the presence of the directors of divisions and administrative units and a number of employees and administrators, in Al-Aqsa Hall.
Mr. Dean started the meeting with a speech in which he welcomed the attendees, praised their efforts during the academic year, and stressed the importance of continuing the administrative and technical work during the summer vacation to ensure the progress of the educational process and the necessary preparations for the next academic year.
The meeting addressed a number of important topics, most notably the organization of work schedules during the summer vacation period, to ensure the smooth running of administrative work, taking into account justice in the distribution of tasks among the affiliates. The meeting also emphasized the need to adhere to the official working hours and apply the relevant administrative instructions.
The Dean also discussed some other administrative matters, including following up the summer maintenance work, archiving documents, early preparation for the reception of new students, as well as emphasizing the importance of cooperation and communication between all parts of the college to achieve optimal performance.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Dean called on everyone to continue working in a team spirit and to submit proposals that would develop the administrative performance of the college
