The college Council Takes Place

This morning, Monday, 4-2-2025, the Council of the College of Basic Education held its regular session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Nasser Rashid, and in the presence of the members of the Council.
He started the meeting by welcoming the members of the council, wishing everyone success in performing their duties to serve our college and ensure the success of the scientific process and based on the principle of developing the scientific and academic reality in the College of Basic Education. The form for evaluating the scientific and academic reality and the amendments made to it through the development and modernization of curricula, taking into account the practical aspects and equipping laboratories.
The axes of the form were explained and how to calculate points for each paragraph of each axis and then calculate the final score, as well as reviewing some indicators and identifying the special points for each paragraph and detailing the strengths that fall within the axes of the form. The discussion of the form addressed the status of laboratories, classrooms, teaching staff and student numbers in the college with all other facilities that would promote the scientific and academic reality of the college.

At the conclusion of the session, the meeting discussed the follow-up of the work of the divisions and units in the college and coordination between them in order to achieve efficiency in performance and effectiveness in work and also discussed a number of administrative and financial issues of the college.
