The examination books committee completes its preparations for the final exams in Diyala Basic
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Abdul Awn Nazzal, inspected the workflow of the examination books committee at the College of Basic Education and its intensive preparations to secure the conduct of the final exams for the second semester of the current year, which is scheduled to start on Sunday, 4/5/2025
The Assistant for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Omar Rahman Al-Arki, confirmed that work is proceeding according to a precise plan that ensures the achievement of the highest degrees of discipline and accuracy, pointing to continuous coordination with the college deanship and the examination committee.
The committee is headed by Assistant Professor Ahmed Shaker Mazhar and includes a number of administrative staff, where the committee has been working for weeks to prepare all the supplies for the exam books, including counting, sorting and numbering, in addition to ensuring the readiness of the storage warehouses, and distributing the books to the scientific departments according to the approved schedules.
The committee also emphasized adherence to the ministerial instructions related to exams, especially with regard to the confidentiality of the books, distribution and delivery controls, and precautionary measures in case of emergency.
It is noteworthy that the College of Basic Education is preparing to receive hundreds of students during the exam period, amid comprehensive preparations that include exam committees, classrooms, and logistical services
