Dr. Laith Obtains the PhD

Dr. Laith Abdulsattar has obtained the PhD from Baghdad University, Media College. He is a lecturer at Geography Department and the head of the media department at Basic Education. His dissertation was entitled with ( The Electronic Sites Designing in the Iraqi Press).
