With the dawn of this week, the Faculty of Basic Education witnessed remarkable regularity in official attendance and the return of students to classrooms, heralding the start of the new academic year 2025-2026, amid a distinguished scientific and organizational atmosphere, reflecting the early preparations made by the faculty deanship and all scientific and administrative departments.
The college dean’s office confirmed in a media statement that the start of the academic year was in accordance with the approved university calendar, stressing the importance of adhering to official attendance, ensuring active student participation, and activating lectures from the first day, thereby contributing to the creation of a serious and productive educational environment.
The deanship also directed the teaching staff to enhance academic aspects, observe quality standards in the educational process, and intensify communication with students to ensure the achievement of the educational and specialized objectives of the study programs.
It is noteworthy that the college has completed its preparations over the past few weeks by maintaining classrooms, equipping scientific laboratories, organizing study schedules in line with the requirements of all departments, and supporting technical infrastructure in line with modern academic developments.
This step is part of the college’s commitment to supporting the fourth goal of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which is to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” The college believes that education is the foundation for building societies and achieving comprehensive development.
