Strengthening the role of higher education institutions in building a conscious and immune awareness against extremism, through sound scientific research and international academic partnerships, to produce sustainable solutions that ensure the intellectual and psychological security of individuals and societies, and to achieve a balanced human society characterized by intellectual and psychological awareness, based on the values of coexistence and tolerance, by activating the role of multidisciplinary scientific research in understanding the phenomenon of extremism and reducing its effects.
The academic institution should be a global platform to unite the efforts of researchers and experts in confronting extremism in thought and behavior through integrated scientific, educational and psychological approaches, and it should have scientific leadership in promoting global awareness of the dangers of extremism, and building generations capable of creating a tolerant and safe reality through research, knowledge and education.

1. To highlight the phenomenon of extremism in its intellectual, psychological, social, and educational dimensions, and to analyze its causes and consequences in various contexts.
2. To present sound scientific perspectives based on research and academic studies that contribute to understanding the factors leading to extremism and its dangers to the individual and society.
3. To facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge among researchers, experts, and specialists from various universities, institutions, and international organizations, thereby enriching the scientific discussion.
4. Proposing preventive and therapeutic strategies to reduce the spread of extremism through multidisciplinary approaches that include psychological counseling, education, media, law, and religion.
5. Strengthening the role of educational institutions in building preventive awareness among students and youth against extremist ideologies and reviewing relevant policies and curricula.
6. Activating the role of psychological counseling and educational guidance in protecting individuals from the effects of extremism and addressing cases affected by or drawn to it.
7. Studying the impact of technology and social media on the spread of extremism and proposing mechanisms to protect youth in the digital space.
8. Enhancing international and regional cooperation in combating extremism by strengthening partnerships between universities, research centers, governmental institutions, and civil society organizations.
9. Highlighting the positive role of moderate religious discourse in spreading a culture of tolerance and coexistence and combating extremism and fanaticism.
10. Developing practical, scientifically sound recommendations for policymakers, educational, religious, and media institutions that contribute to building a safer and more aware society.
