Diyala begins comprehensive annual inventory
As part of its annual procedures and administrative context, the committee responsible for the annual inventory of the Faculty of Basic Education’s property has begun its work in all departments, divisions and units. This procedure aims to preserve the educational institution’s property, organise the movement of furniture and equipment between departments and units, and precisely define administrative responsibilities in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The inventory is being carried out under the direct supervision and field monitoring of the Administrative Assistant, Prof. Dr. Wissam Jalil Sabah, who is keen to ensure the accuracy and transparency of the procedures in order to guarantee the smooth running of the work and the preservation of public funds.
This administrative activity is part of the college’s commitment to supporting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations, and is particularly relevant to the following goals: Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production): Through the responsible management of resources and property and ensuring their optimal and sustainable use within the institution. Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions): By promoting the principles of transparency, accountability and good governance within the academic institution, ensuring the preservation of public property and building effective and impartial institutions.
