The University President attends the third edition of the Next Step Exhibition in Sulaymaniyah

Under the guidance of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, the President of Diyala University, Prof. Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, attended the third edition of the Next Step Exhibition in Sulaymaniyah on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
The President of the University said: “Our university’s participation in the exhibition comes within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s strategy aimed at supporting the government’s efforts in the field of education, introducing students to university study programs, and matching specializations with students’ scientific skills and qualifications and what suits their abilities.” He explained that the main objective of the exhibition is to build a bridge between high school and university graduates, emphasizing that the Next Step project is a long-term project whose main goal is to provide a clear annual overview for students and their families before choosing the appropriate university or institute.
On the first day of the opening, the Diyala University pavilion witnessed a large turnout of specialists, students from the region, and those interested in learning about university study programs.
