On its second day, the course, which was moderated by Dr. Israa Akef Ali, and presented by educational supervisor Omar Khalifa Farhan and educational supervisor Taqwa Muhammad Jaber, aimed to highlight the importance of the five-step plan as one of the most prominent modern methods of classroom management and its role in helping teachers deal with classroom problems in practical and scientific ways based on planning, analysis, implementation, and evaluation.
The second day’s activities included a presentation by Mr. Mustafa Amer Ma’yuf of a model lesson based on the five-step plan using the group system, with the participation of sixth-grade students from Al-Takatuf Bani Saad School in a science lesson, as well as how to manage the classroom by the teacher.

At the end of the training day, the course organisers emphasised that this programme is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, which calls for ensuring inclusive and equitable education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, through developing the capacities of teachers and adopting modern teaching and management methods.
