Head of the Computer Science Department at Diyala University is a member of the doctoral thesis discussion committee at the Faculty of Science, Diyala University
Within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, Assistant Professor Dr. Shimaa Taha Ahmed, Head of the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Basic Education, University of Diyala, participated as a member of the doctoral thesis discussion committee for student Hussein Ali Ibrahim at the Faculty of Science, University of Diyala.
The discussion took place on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, on his thesis entitled ‘Development of methods of analysis algorithms and programs for processing geophysical data for the purpose of adapting natural and anthropogenic systems to eliminate change,’ which addressed an important scientific topic in the field of computer science. and contributed to enriching the research aspect by raising modern issues and precise methodological approaches.
Through her membership in the committee, Dr. Shayma presented a series of thoughtful scientific observations that enriched the discussion and contributed to strengthening the academic aspect of the thesis, reflecting the distinguished scientific level of the faculty of the College of Basic Education at the University of Diyala and their active role in supporting the academic movement in Iraqi universities.
